Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction business delivering projects across Bristol, Cardiff and the South West & South Wales region. The role covers cost planning, commercial reporting and site-based procurement.

You will manage valuations, variations and cost control, support NEC/JCT contract administration, and liaise with site teams, clients and supply chain. Regular site visits across South England and Wales are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction (contractor, subcontractor or consultancy considered).
• Experience across commercial, fit-out, cladding or refurbishment projects desirable.
• Working knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist cost planning and commercial reporting.
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
• Valuations, variations and cost control.
• Support contract administration (NEC / JCT).
• Liaising with site teams, clients and supply chain.
• Attending regular site visits across South England and Wales.
• Assisting with final account settlement.
