Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civils & Reinforced Concrete) - Infrastructure

Location: Northampton, UK

Day Rate: £350 per day + Holiday Pay (PAYE Direct)

Contract Type: Temporary - 10 Month Project

About the Role:
Integrate Resources Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team, working on the prestigious HS2 Infrastructure Project in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark UK development, with a focus on civils and reinforced concrete works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and managing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Conducting valuations and agreeing on variations.
3. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying potential risks and cost implications.
4. Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient delivery.
5. Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
6. Preparing final accounts and supporting project close-out.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civils and reinforced concrete sectors.
2. Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects.
3. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and their administration.
4. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
6. Based in or near Northampton to qualify as a local candidate.
