Bimplus, a well-established contractor based in Birmingham, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the team working on water infrastructure projects within the Severn Trent Water framework. You will manage project costs, liaise with clients and the supply chain, and help deliver projects profitably.
This full-time role offers hybrid working (1 day remote per week), a starting salary up to £50,000, a company car or car allowance, pension, generous holiday and continuous career development.

This multi-accredited contractor delivers clean and waste water capital programmes directly for Severn Trent Water and is well-known for its collaborative culture, customer-focused approach and commitment to developing its people. Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of AMP8 projects, they are actively seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Birmingham office with hybrid and flexible working.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of water infrastructure projects across the Severn Trent Water framework. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
