Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in managing costs, contracts, and project performance.
• Assist in the commercial management of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and manage cost reports, valuations, and forecasts.

Skills

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Basic to intermediate knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline
