Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
• Ability to integrate programme and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple civil engineering projects.
• Administer NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, ensuring compliance.
• Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior stakeholders.
