You will work across education, healthcare, local authority and commercial projects, supporting feasibility, cost estimates, tender analysis and contract administration.

The ideal candidate has a QS or Building Surveying degree, strong communication skills and knowledge of JCT contracts, with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing specifications and tender packs.
• Understanding of JCT contracts and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates and feasibility studies.
• Produce specifications and tender documentation.
• Prepare and analyse tender packs.
• Assist with contract administration.
• Work with JCT contracts.
• Support the wider surveying team across projects.
• Develop professional knowledge through training and APC support.
