Bimplus in Leeds is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to progress towards chartership with structured APC support, hands-on mentoring, and exposure to a range of technical projects. The firm is a growing consultancy offering a defined pathway to chartership with mentorship and progression.

You will work on 3-4 projects across the full lifecycle, from cost planning and tendering through procurement, contract administration and final accounts, with a salary of £42,000–£50,000 plus car

Qualifications

• RICS APC pathway and structured APC support.
• Hands-on mentoring to develop commercial and contractual expertise.
• Exposure across multiple technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and tendering (NRM2).
• Procurement and contract administration (JCT/NEC).
• Final accounts and project lifecycle management.
