Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Leeds for a well‑established consultancy. The role offers structured APC support, hands‑on mentoring, and exposure across a variety of technical projects to help you progress toward chartership.

You will work across 3-4 projects at a time, handling cost planning, tendering, procurement, contract administration (JCT/NEC) and final accounts within a full project lifecycle. Excellent benefits and a car allowance accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Active involvement in or pursuing the RICS APC with full support.
• Experience across cost planning, tendering, procurement and contract administration.
• Exposure to JCT/NEC contracts is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Work on 3-4 projects concurrently across the full lifecycle.
