Job summary

You will deliver detailed cost plans, manage procurement, and lead valuations while mentoring junior staff and contributing to a diverse project portfolio across Wales and beyond. Salary £40,000-£50,000 DOE, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in consultancy/private practice Quantity Surveying.
• Experience delivering projects across sectors desirable.
• MRICS status or chartered (preferred but not essential).
• Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing cost consultancy services across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility reports
• Producing tender documentation and managing procurement processes
• Undertaking valuations, cost reporting, and change control management
• Administering contracts and advising clients on commercial matters
• Attending client meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
• Contributing to the successful delivery of a varied portfolio of projects
