Job summary

Right Contract Services is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our established construction company, focusing on enabling works in Essex. You will manage commercial and financial aspects, control costs and ensure profitability.

The role requires minimum 3 years QS experience, a recognised QS qualification, strong commercial acumen, and experience in valuations, variations, and subcontractor accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts.

Quantity Surveyor - Construction / Enabling Works

Location: Essex

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience , £55k-60K

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Monday - Friday 8am -5pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established construction company specialising in enabling works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and financial aspects of projects, ensuring costs are controlled, contractual obligations are met and projects remain profitable.
