Quantity Surveyor – Associate Director

A leading SME with ambitious growth plans is expanding its operations and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor at Associate Director level in their London office.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties on private developments and public sector projects, ranging from £1m to £350m.
  • Front schemes and contribute to team leadership and development, fostering a collaborative, proactive team culture and ethos.
  • Participate in strategic business planning, budgeting, and commercial performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to add value through innovation, cost efficiencies, or process improvements.
  • Contribute to new business development, bids, and client presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, company policies, and health & safety regulations; promote sustainability and environmental best practices in cost planning and procurement.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Experience in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying on private developments and public sector projects (£1m–£350m).
  • Previous experience working on residential projects is highly desirable.
