Caval Limited is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to cover sites nationwide with a base in Lincoln two days per week and travel to projects the remaining three days. The role is long-term freelance, site-based, and focuses on commercial management across civils projects.

The successful candidate will bring strong civil engineering experience, ownership, and excellent communication to influence project commercial outcomes and build relationships with clients and supply chain

Formación

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects.
• Strong background within civil engineering.
• Experience across any civils sector will be considered.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working with senior management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Title: Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Location: Based head office in Lincoln 2 days per week, travel around sites nationwide 3days per week (hotels etc paid)

Day Rate: (Apply online only) per day depending on experience (CIS or limited company)
