Sphere Solutions is partnering with a well-established main contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in the Bristol region. Projects range up to £25 million and include offices, large residential development, care homes, retail units, schools and hospitals.

Our client is a well known and well established multi disciplined main contractor that carries out a range construction projects up to £25 million typically. Due to ongoing growth throughout the region they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. Projects can be wide and varied in nature including offices, large residential development, care homes, retail units, schools and hospitals.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with the following skills, experience and background:

• -a proven background in main contracting
• -Resides within commutable distance of the Bristol area
• -experience of projects £1 million plus
• -Ideally experience of fit out, refurbishment and/or build schemes with recognised main contractors.
