Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive cost estimation and prepare accurate cost plans.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and agreement of terms.
  • Monitor project costs and variations, providing proactive cost advice and control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the project team to address commercial issues.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on project financial performance.
  • Conduct cost and value reconciliations and interim and final account agreements.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team.

Quantity Surveyor Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a vital member of the project team, responsible for managing aspects of the commercial and contractual activities on the assigned sections of the project. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the project\'s financial success and delivering it to the highest standards of quality, within budget and on schedule.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
