OCU are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join our Regulated Power team in Stafford. You will oversee the commercial performance of large infrastructure projects, ensuring cost control and effective contract administration under NEC frameworks.
You will build robust cost reports, forecasts, CVRs, and support subcontract procurement, valuations, and final accounts while identifying risks and opportunities with clients and suppliers. This role is office based in Stafford.

OCU is delivering some of the UK's most significant power infrastructure projects, supporting the development and resilience of the national electricity network. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of these projects, providing cost control, contract management, and commercial support from project award through to final account. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering National Grid infrastructure projects under NEC contracts. You'll work closely with project delivery teams, clients, and supply chain partners to drive value, manage risk, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure programmes.
