Job summary

A leading main contractor is urgently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support various projects including Station Upgrades and Platform Extensions. The role offers flexible working both on-site in Sidcup and remotely, with a competitive daily rate and an immediate start. Ideal candidates should possess an HNC in Quantity Surveying and relevant experience in the Rail sector.

Due to a rapid increase in workload within their Rail and LU sectors, our client, a highly reputable Medium Sized Main Contractor are seeking to secure the services of a Quantity Surveyor to support these works which include Station Upgrades, Platform Extensions, MEP and LV works.
Based from their offices in Sidcup (with remote working also available) the daily duties will include overseeing Sub Contractor Accounts, Issuing Payments, Cost Reporting and Variations.
To be considered, you will ideally have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and must have experience in London Underground and/or Network Rail related works whilst working within the Main Contracting environment.
In return, a top day rate is on offer (Inside IR) along with an immediate start and long term contract. There is also flexible working on offer with regard to working from home!
