A leading construction subcontractor in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This role involves managing cashflow, valuations, and site visits across various UK sites, with opportunities for training and career growth within the company. Candidates should have construction experience and a driving license.
Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established subcontractor within the Construction sector.
The company is a well established local Sub Contractor are based in South Yorkshire with sites UK within the Construction sector. They have sites UK wide and require the candidate to be flexible and do sites visits on a regular basis, therefore must be able to drive.

My client is looking for individuals to join the company who would be looking to develop their career and grow within the company as it expands.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Cashflow
- Variations
- Working with JCT and NEC contracts
- Tendering
- Valuations
- Reporting
- Costings
- Site Visits when required (need to be flexible as this with be a regular requirement)
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Ideally Construction experience
- Ideally some knowledge of form of contractors
- Driving licence
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Basic Salary up to 45k depending on experience. My client will also consider strong Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step up
