Job summary

Foster & May, a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy in Romsey, is seeking an Employer's Agent to join their expanding EA and QS team on a range of new build residential projects for public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will act in a client-facing role, delivering cost and quality reports and handling pre- and post-contract duties, with hybrid working and APC support provided.

Qualifications

• Completed a RICS accredited degree.
• MRICS or working towards.
• Pre and post contract experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Employers Agent experience.
• Car and driver's license.

A director at a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a passionate Employer's Agent to join their Romsey office.

The Employers Agent's role

The successful Employers Agent will join an expanding EA and Quantity Surveying team where you will work on a variety of new build residential projects for both public and private sectors.

The Employers Agent will be expected to act in a client facing role, delivering cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties.

The Employer's Agent

• Completed a RICS accredited degree
