Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Romsey is seeking a passionate Employers Agent to join our multi-disciplinary property and construction team. You will work on new build residential projects for public and private sectors, delivering cost and quality reports, and handling pre and post-contract duties.

The role requires MRICS or progression towards MRICS, an accredited RICS degree, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Completed a RICS accredited degree.

• Pre- and post contract experience.

A director at a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a passionate Employer's Agent to join their Romsey office.

The Employers Agent's role

The successful Employers Agent will join an expanding EA and Quantity Surveying team where you will work on a variety of new build residential projects for both public and private sectors.

The Employers Agent will be expected to act in a client facing role, delivering cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties.

The Employer's Agent

• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or working towards
• Pre and post contract experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Employers Agent experience
• Car and driver's license
