Job description

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients ever-growing team.

As a full time, permanent Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely in a hands-on role alongside the Construction Management team and Site teams to ensure efficient and effective package tendering, quantifying and procurement of materials, sub-contractor package placements and managing sub-contractor accounts.

We are looking for someone ideally with experience in projects which include both housing, apartments and sectional agreements including 278 works. It would be desirable but not essential that you have had exposure to client-led schemes under a JCT D&B Contract as well as private developments.

The role will be office based; however, you will need to hold a full UK driving license as you will be required to visit sites based in the Dorset & Hampshire areas.
