Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Newquay for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role focuses on delivering refurbishment and regeneration projects, managing costs, and driving commercial performance.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to secure favourable commercial outcomes. Based in Newquay, you will handle cost plans, valuations, procurement and contract administration while ensuring strong negotiation and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or refurbishment contractor.
• Experience delivering refurbishment, regeneration or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Sphere Solutions are working with a well-established development and regeneration contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Newquay.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of refurbishment and regeneration projects
