Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Scorrier is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team based at our office in Scorrier. This is a long-term, permanent role with a competitive salary and progression opportunities across Cornwall and the South West.

You will manage project costs from start to finish, working with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget in a supportive, growing business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Groundworks or civil engineering experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
