Job description

A QS Director of a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to add a motivated Quantity Surveyor in their Milton Keynes office either before or after the new year.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside an Associate and Director, the successful Quantity Surveyor will primarily deliver retail projects valued at around £2m, providing pre and post contract services on fast-paced schemes across the South.

In addition, the new Quantity Surveyor will support the management team on larger commercial, education, and healthcare projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
• Retail project experience would be useful, but not essential
• Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Pre and post cost management knowledge
• Driving licence
