Quantity Surveyor opportunity – based at Manchester Airport, working alongside another experienced Quantity Surveyor managing refurbishment / fit out works on a terminal building.
The Company
Our client, a chartered consultancy has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, (working on the contractor side)
Operating across a network of offices, they offer Quantity Surveying support services to the some of the UK’s leading construction companies. They build long term relationships with clients and are successful and growing
Their main work stream is government refurbishments – including prisons, MOD, housing / commercial, and infrastructure works.

The role Quantity Surveyor
You will be based at Manchester airport co-managing a multi-million pound refit on the airport terminal.
You will be working alongside another experienced Quantity Surveyor and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of the projects.
You will be key in pulling the project together / keeping it running smoothly
The right person
You will have some sort of construction qualification.
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with refurbishment experience.
It would be a plus if you are security cleared, although this is not essential.
Working hours 8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-4.30 Friday
