Job description

Quantity Surveyor - Commercial ownership of multiple commercial office Cat A & Cat B office fit outs in London (project values ranging up to £10m).

Working closely with a Senior Manager (who is also commercially trained), you'll be spinning multiple plates at once. Looking at projects coming through the pipeline, actively tendering and pitching for work whilst also juggling projects live on site - it's a fast-paced environment!

Key Points:

1. You will need to have previously led projects from tender through to final account (commercial office fit out experience is not essential but would be beneficial).
2. This role will be based in London 5 days a week.
3. Relevant degree would be advantageous (Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management).

Salary:

In return, salary banding ranges between £50,000 - £70,000 + Bonuses.
