Job description

A specialist restoration, conservation and stonework contractor with offices in London are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to initially support multiple major high-end and landmark projects across the Capital and the Home Counties predominantly on listed buildings and historical properties, supporting the Commercial Manager, Commercial Director and Quantity Surveyors and offering guidance and support to the Commercial team. If you are successful in your application, as Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of a dynamic operations team within a company that offer a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique, high value projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a more Senior role. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be studying for their Quantity Surveying degree, and have prior experience acting as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.

Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position

• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Quantity Surveying degree preferred
• Experience working on construction projects
• Full UK Driving License and own car preferred
• You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
