Role Purpose:

Support the commercial and pre-construction delivery of regional infrastructure projects within a major programme. Working with the Commercial Manager and team, you'll contribute from award through to contract signing, mobilisation and handover. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist with commercial control, procurement, cost planning, data analysis and risk management, ensuring compliance with company and client standards. You’ll help maintain accurate records, support supplier engagement and quotation analysis, and contribute to building robust cost and commercial information for successful project delivery.

Working Arrangements

Galliford Try offers flexible working. Due to the secure nature of this role, it is predominantly office-based.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support pre-construction commercial activities including budgets, cost plans, tenders and submissions
• Monitor risks, budgets, procurement progress and supplier performance
• Maintain trackers, forecasts, risk registers and financial records
