Job summary

ONLi Group Ltd, a market-leading contractor, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its Ground Engineering division. You will manage full turn-key sub-contracts from pre-contract terms through payment applications and final accounts in a fast-track environment, with office and site flexibility.

Candidates should have 5+ years’ post-graduate experience with NEC/JCT sub-contract forms, plus proven final account negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum post graduate experience in administration of NEC, JCT and bespoke forms of sub-contract agreements.
• Experience administering full turn-key sub-contracts from pre-contract terms through EWN/CE, Applications for Payment and Final Account.

Responsibilities

Our client is a market leading, multi-disciplined contractor who are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to strenghten their Ground Engineering division. Due to growth and a full order book, they now require an experienced, Quantity Surveyor with a background in Sub-contracting ideally for a civil engineering conntractor. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 5 years minimum post graduate experience in the administration of NEC, JCT and bespoke forms of sub-contract agreements.

The position encompasses the administration of full turn-key sub-contracts from pre-contract specialist terms and conditions agreement through the issue of EWN and CE, Applications for Payment and the conclusion of the Final Account in a fast track environment.
