Job summary

Sphere Solutions’ client, a well-established main contractor, seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join on a permanent basis. Projects span offices, large residential developments, care homes, retail units, schools and hospitals up to £25 million.

The candidate will have a proven background in main contracting, project experience of £1 million plus, and reside within commutable distance of the Bristol area. Experience with fit out, refurbishment or build schemes is preferred.

• A proven background in main contracting.
• Experience on projects worth £1 million or more.
• Ideally experience of fit-out, refurbishment and/or build schemes with recognised main contractors.
• Resides within commutable distance of the Bristol area.

Our client is a well known and well established multi disciplined main contractor that carries out a range construction projects up to £25 million typically. Due to ongoing growth throughout the region they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. Projects can be wide and varied in nature including offices, large residential development, care homes, retail units, schools and hospitals.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with the following skills, experience and background:

• a proven background in main contracting
• Resides within commutable distance of the Bristol area
• experience of projects £1 million plus
• Ideally experience of fit out, refurbishment and/or build schemes with recognised main contractors.
