Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out / Refurbishment

From £42,000 to £49,000 per annum + overtime & progression

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a fit out / refurbishment contractor based in the East Kilbride area. The ideal candidate will have experience in fit out / refurbishment projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects valued up to £200k and up to £3M. The Quantity Surveyor will work alongside contracts managers and site managers, taking sole commercial responsibility for projects. Responsibilities include reviewing and improving company-wide commercial processes and procedures.
