Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow | Up to £60,000

An established and highly respected housebuilder is looking to welcome a skilled Quantity Surveyor to their team in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company known for delivering premium homes across Scotland, with a strong pipeline of residential developments and a commitment to quality and innovation.

The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial success of multiple residential projects. You’ll be responsible for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring financial efficiency from inception through to completion.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in housebuilding or residential construction
  • Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and commercial reporting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractor packages and liaise with both site and office-based teams
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
