Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility across UK envelope remediation projects. You will oversee budgets, forecasts, CVRs and cash flows while managing subcontractors and final accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in façade or exterior envelope surveying, excellent communication, and willingness to travel nationwide with some weeks in the Portsmouth office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in façade, cladding or external envelope surveying.
• Strong technical, contractual and commercial understanding.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple live projects.
• Based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth and able to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial and contractual responsibility for envelope/cladding remediation projects.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs and project cash flows.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and final accounts.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with project progress.
• Liaise with project teams, senior management and external stakeholders.
