Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility on envelope/cladding remediation projects, with site visits across the UK and occasional weeks in Portsmouth. You will manage budgets, forecasts and interim payments, negotiate terms with subcontractors, and ensure accurate reporting aligned with project progress.

With 5+ years in facade or external envelope surveying, strong technical and client-facing skills, and a willingness to travel

• Manage budgets, forecasts, CVRs, and project cash flows.
• Procure subcontractors, valuations, and final accounts.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure.
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders.
• Site visits across the UK with up to 2 days/week in Portsmouth office.

Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £45,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

Quantity Surveyor - Job Overview

• Based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth and willing to travel nationwide
