Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a hands-on Façades Quantity Surveyor with strong façades experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Façades QS and ideally come from a specialist façades contractor background.

We are looking for someone commercially driven, proactive and hands-on, with a solid understanding of façade packages, subcontractors, procurement, valuations and variations to effectively manage commercial aspects of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong façades experience essential.
• Proven experience as a Façades Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with specialist façades contractor background preferred.
• Commercially driven and hands-on with procurement and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Involved in valuations, variations and commercial management for façade packages.
• Manage subcontractors and façade packages, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.

We are looking for a hungry, hands-on Quantity Surveyor with strong façades experience to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in façades, with experience working as a Façades Quantity Surveyor and, ideally, having come from a specialist façades contractor rather than a generalist construction background.

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and hands-on, with a genuine understanding of façade packages, subcontractors, procurement, valuations, variations and commercial management.
