Job summary

Foster & May Limited, a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, is seeking an Employer's Agent to join the Romsey office. You will be part of a growing EA and Quantity Surveying team working on new build residential projects for public and private sectors, delivering cost and quality reports for clients and handling pre and post contract duties.

The role requires a completed RICS-accredited degree, MRICS or working towards, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Join the expanding EA and Quantity Surveying team on a variety of new build residential projects for public and private sectors.
• Deliver cost and quality reports for the client in a client-facing role.
• Perform pre and post contract duties.

The Employers Agent's role

The successful Employers Agent will join an expanding EA and Quantity Surveying team where you will work on a variety of new build residential projects for both public and private sectors.

The Employers Agent will be expected to act in a client facing role, delivering cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties.

The Employer's Agent
