A Quantity Surveyor is sought in Plymouth to join a construction team delivering projects across education, healthcare, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. This full-time role, offering £50,000 to £55,000 per annum plus package, is central to commercial success.

Responsibilities include leading on procurement, budgeting, and cost management, while preparing financial reports and tracking performance through CVRs. We're seeking a skilled and commercially savvy Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team delivering a variety of construction projects across the region. This role plays a pivotal part in the commercial success of each project, from procurement and budgeting to reporting and stakeholder engagement. Projects include, Education, Healthcare Services, Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Sectors.
