Qualifications

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (degree or equivalent).
• Membership or working towards RICS (or similar professional body).
• Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and construction legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, procurement, and cost management across construction projects.
• Build and manage relationships within a robust supply chain.
• Prepare financial reports and track project performance, including CVRs.
• Support sustainability and social value initiatives, including alignment with frameworks.
• Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide oversight on contractual matters and assist with dispute resolution when required.
