Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for a long-term commercial build in Dartford. You will manage costs from pre-construction through to final account on a £5,000,000 project, ensuring profitability and adherence to contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has proven QS experience with a main contractor, a strong grasp of JCT contracts, and excellent negotiation skills, plus a full UK driving licence.

Quantity Surveyor - Dartford

Looking for a quantity surveyor to work on a long term commercial build. The project value is £5,000,000. Looking for someone who has experience delivering commercial, or refurbishment projects at a value over £1,000,000. Working across a range of commercial construction projects, you'll be responsible for managing costs from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual requirements.
