Job summary

Brightwork Limited is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their civils-focused team in Scotland. The role will support commercial management of groundworks projects, working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

This office-based position (5 days per week) involves cost control, valuations, variations, and liaison with managers and suppliers, with regular site visits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, civils/groundworks preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and QS software.

Requirements:
