Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our major Civils scheme, delivering cost control and commercial governance on infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, CVRs, cost forecasts and payments, working with project teams to keep budgets on track. This permanent position offers long-term progression and a competitive salary with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts and CVRs.
• Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering / Water Infrastructure

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 starting salary + package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering contractor based in London, working across a major Civils scheme.

• Experience working for a main contractor or civil engineering subcontractor preferred.
