Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a major facades and cladding project in Cardiff. The role requires a degree and experience with facades/cladding, preferably in a main contractor or subcontractor setting.

You should be living within a commutable distance to Cardiff. Responsibilities include issuing tenders, procuring subcontractors and materials, coordinating with estimating, design and procurement teams, and preparing client valuations and payment applications.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a specialist facades and cladding subcontractor with a turnover of over £90mill. They are currently involved in a huge city – shaping project in Cardiff alongside a huge tier 1 main contractor. They have developed and tested a custom acoustic ceiling cassette produce, fabricating over 500 units off site.

They are looking for a facades experienced Surveyor with a degree and to be within commutable distance to Cardiff.
