About the role:
Lanes Group Ltd are looking for a qualified, experienced Quantity Surveyor in our Commercial department. Your role will be to support Commercial best practice to maximise value and minimise risk and cost for both Lanes Group Ltd and our customers. Accurately value works undertaken and where necessary provide records to substantiate cost, ensure change control process is managed effectively in both Main and Subcontract. Manage client relationships at contract level.
Location: Various Depots and Utilities hubs (ideally South of England based)
Hours: 37.5 hours ( Monday - Friday)
