Job summary

Mtrp Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Commercial team on a range of exciting projects across the UK. Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you will manage the commercial and contractual aspects from day one and work closely with operations, technical teams and clients.

You will hit the ground running, handle your own workload, monitor costs and profitability, and contribute to final accounts and variations while building strong relationships across the wider project

• Preparing monthly cost reports and valuations.

The Role

• We re looking for a Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing basis to join an established Commercial team, working on a range of exciting projects across the UK.
• Reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you ll work closely with the commercial, operations and technical teams to keep projects running smoothly and commercially on track.
• We re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload and get involved from day one.
