Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a project-level Quantity Surveyor for a 10‑month, £2.6m roundabout project near Bognor Regis. The role requires on‑site work for at least three days per week and a strong background in NEC4 contracts.

You will manage cost planning, valuations, subcontractor payments, and CVRs, reporting into the Senior QS and client. A BEng/HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in quantity surveying on civil/highways projects.
• NEC3/4 knowledge is essential.
• Willingness to be on site at least 3 days per week.

Job description

Our client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor with an immediate need for a project-level QS to deliver the commercials for a 10 month, £2.6m roundabout project near Bognor Regis. Working closely with the Senior QS and the client, using NEC4 contract, the QS must be willing to be on site at last 3 days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute QS with 4+ years of experience to manage their own project with minimal supervision.
