Job summary

TRIbuild Solutions Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Billericay. The role focuses on managing commercial aspects of projects within the Fire Protection and Decorating Divisions, ensuring cost control and strong client relationships.

Reporting to directors, you will oversee subcontract packages, cost reports, and final accounts, with a view to maximising profitability in a growing business. This permanent, full-time position offers progression and an attractive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a subcontracting environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

TriBuild Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business based in Billericay. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional with a strong subcontracting background to play a key role within the Fire Protection and Decorating Divisions.

Reporting directly to the company directors, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring costs are controlled while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
