Job summary

Tribuild is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our subcontracting teams in Billericay. You will manage commercial aspects of projects, ensuring costs are controlled while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

With a minimum of five years in a QS role within subcontracting, you will drive profitability and deliver accurate financial reporting. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and you will collaborate with senior leadership for business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a subcontracting environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Location: Billericay Job Type: Permanent Salary: £60,000 + comprehensive package + performance incentives

TriBuild Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business based in Billericay. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional with a strong subcontracting background to play a key role within the Fire Protection and Decorating Divisions.

Reporting directly to the company directors, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring costs are controlled while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
