Job summary

CV Screen is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established specialist in residential groundworks and civil engineering, based in Bicester. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary circa £65,000 and a strong benefits package.

You will manage project costs, produce valuations, monitor forecasts, and work closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks or civil engineering.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost-management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, identify cost-saving opportunities and support project teams.
