Location: Bicester, UK.

Salary: Up to £65,000 p.a. plus package (DOE). Car allowance or company car available.

Duties

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
• Perform all other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.

Requirements

• Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks or infrastructure.
• Commutable around the Oxfordshire area.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
