Job summary

Carrington West are working with a client in North-East Somerset to appoint a Quantity Surveyor for long-term highways-focused works. You will support the Lead QS, monitor costs, and maximise value across projects while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service.

The role offers autonomy within established commercial procedures and requires a recognised Quantity Surveying qualification with strong NEC contract knowledge and excellent MS Office (Excel) skills.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or related subject.
• Good experience and detailed knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Strong communication skills and drive to exceed client expectations.
• Ability to work independently within existing commercial procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.

As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Lead QS, monitoring all cost and maximising value across all projects.
