Job summary

Carrington West are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for long-term highways projects based in Bedfordshire. You will support the Lead QS, monitor costs and maximise value across multiple schemes while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a recognised Quantity Surveying qualification, has NEC contracts experience, strong communication skills, and can work with initiative within established commercial procedures.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or related subject.
• Experience with NEC suite of contracts.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to go above client expectations.
• Ability to work on one's own initiative whilst following commercial procedures.
• A high level of proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Lead QS, monitoring all cost and maximising value across all projects.
